Our History

Churchill Executive Search was formed in 2005 as a private company by Richard Boot when KPMG, of which he was a Partner, discontinued undertaking Executive Search work for their clients, creating an opportunity to do so.

Our business is proud to be part of the Henley Insights Group along with Henley Research, Henley Reward Consulting and Marble Hill Partners. 

As a cohesive group of providers, we are able to support our clients at any stage of the Talent Lifecycle, from retention and reward, to talent insights, market mapping and talent identification for specific Senior and Executive level roles.
